Lil Wayne was hospitalized after suffering from two seizures, most likely induced by the three bottles of Codeine he drank at a Milwaukee club. His private plane made an emergency landing in Omaha, where he was hospitalized and monitored closely by doctors. Luckily, Tunechi is alive and well and was discharged from the hospital on June 14th.
This is not the first time Lil Wayne has had seizures, as he has suffered from episodes of epilepsy in the past; in 2012 and 2013 he had multiple seizures, some of which were almost fatal. This prompted Weezy to stay off of lean for almost 3 years but reports say he started drinking again in January of this year.
He hasn’t cancelled any of his upcoming appearances/performances, except for an LA appearance where he was going to promote his mobile game ‘Sqvad Up’.
Fans took to Twitter and started ‘#prayforweezy’, sending their well wishes and ‘you better not die on us’ threats to the much loved rapper. Lil Wayne replied back by tweeting ‘thanx for all the prayers!! I love y’all’.
We love you too, Weezy.
