Album Review – Meghan Patrick: Grace and Grit

Meghan Patrick is a Canadian country singer, song-writer from Bowmanville, Ontario.  Her debut album Grace & Grit is a soothing mix of emotions and impressive sounds.  Meghan Patrick is both talented and graceful.  She is storming into the country music scene with a very impressive debut album.

Grace & Grit will take you on a journey, starting with the first song “Grace & Grit”.  It’s a song that if could talk would almost scream to the world – Lookout country music, this artist is going to excite your ears and empower your soul.

She keeps it upbeat and fun for the most part throughout the album and at times slows it right down with a perfect balance of heartache and touching sentiments.  A very passionate and beautiful song titled “Still Loving You” featuring Joe Nichols brings meaning to the feeling of heartache.

On this album you will find one great song after another great song.  Meghan Patrick brings elegance to the music and a sense of pride for this wonderful country we live in, making us proud to call her Canadian. She clearly has a bright musical future ahead of her and we certainly look forward to Patrick’s upcoming music.  Do yourself a favour and check this album out.
