Hot 107.9’s annual birthday bash in Atlanta happened yesterday, with rappers like Future, T.I., Jeezy, and Lil Durk, and 50 Cent performing. 50 Cent’s set got cut short, though, to make way for T.I. and Jeezy and the Queens rapper was not happy. “You mean my time is up? You mean to tell me you motherfuckers is gonna kick me off the stage for a T.I. and Jeezy?” he said.
He then took his final of minute of stage time to tell the program director to never play his music on 107.9 again, saying that he’s got Youtube. He kept saying he wasn’t going to leave and the crowd didn’t seem to excited about it. After he thanked the crowd for their time, he asked them, “Y’all ready for me to go?” to which the crowd kept cheering. Ouch.
What are your thoughts? Is Fif still relevant or was 107.9 right for cutting his set short? Let us know.
